West Indies explosive power hitter, Rovman Powell, was a good buy for Delhi Capitals as the batter completed a few games with his power-hitting. Powell completed 10 catches in 14 matches with a dismissal per inning ratio of 0.714 to rank 4th in this list of fielders with the most catches in IPL 2022.

IPL 2022 Runners-up Rajasthan Royals' all-rounder Riyan Parag was a sensation in the field in this season as the youngster completed 17 catches in 17 innings, maintaining an excellent dismissal per inning ratio of 1.000. Parag also took 4 catches in a single match, which was the highest by a fielder in any match of IPL 2022.
