IPL 2020: de Villiers Powers RCB To 194/2

AB de Villiers smashed 73* runs off 33 balls to power Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB) to 194/2 against Kolkata Knight Riders(KKR). 

Earlier, RCB captain Virat Kohli won the toss and opted to bat first. The team got off to a decent start scoring 47 runs in the powerplay without any loss. The openers, Devdutt Padikkal(32) and Aaron Finch(47) put on a 67 run partnership for the first wicket. 

AB de Villiers entered the ground in the 13th over when RCB was 94/2. Virat Kohli(33*) and de Villiers(73*) stitched a 100 run partnership in 47 balls to get the team past 190 run mark. 

de Villiers' innings of 73 included six sixes and five fours. Kohli, on the other hand, struggled to get going and only found the rope one time in the 28 balls he faced. RCB scored 83 runs in the last five overs. 

For KKR, Varun Chakaravarthy bowled an economical spell conceding only 25 runs in his four overs but couldn't take any wickets.
