India women's team would look to bounce back from the thrashing in the 1st match as they take on an in-form Australian team in the 2nd T20I.

The Harmanpreet Kaur-led Indian team lost the first match against Australia by 9 wickets. Even though the batter performed very well, team India lacked in bowling and fielding which cost them the match. While Australia are 1-0 ahead in the 5-match series, team India would look to make a strong comeback and level the series. 

After putting up a score of 175 runs, it wasn't a big total to stop the Australian team. Indian bowlers didn't manage to put pressure and take regular wickets. With the dew coming into the scene, even the spinners couldn't manage to control the Australian top order. 

The Indian batting unit performed well as a team, and despite none of the batters registering a 50+ score, the team total went beyond 170 runs. For Australia, opener Beth Mooney was in top form as she smashed 89 runs in 57 balls with 16 fours, and completely took the game away from India as Australia chased down the total with 1.5 overs remaining.
