Kolkata, March 18 (Cricketnmore): The Kolkata police has made elaborate security arrangements, including deploying over 2,500 personnel for the marquee India-Pakistan World Twenty20 cricket clash at the Eden Gardens here on Saturday.
"Foolproof security arrangements will be put in place for the match including deployment of 2000 constables including lady constables, several hundreds of inspectors, sub-inspectors and assistant sub-inspectors who all be supervised by top ranked officers including deputy commissioners", a city police officer said on Thursday.
