Hyderabad, Oct 21 (IANS) Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni was rested for the first three of the five One-Day Internationals (ODI) against Sri Lanka, starting Nov 2, while explosive batsman Virat Kohli was named the stand-in skipper of the 15-man squad selected Tuesday.
