Bangladesh Premier League: Undoubtedly the greatest T20 legend of all time, West Indies opener Chris Gayle has yet again reminded the world of what he's capable of. The 42-year old defied his age as he smacked his 38th T20 fifty in the ongoing BPL 2022 match between Sylhet Sunrisers and Fortune Barishal.
In the 24th match of the Bangladesh Premier League, Sylhet Sunrisers captain Ravi Bopara elected to bowl first after winning the toss. However, Fortune Barishal posted an above-par total of 199/4 in 20 overs. Opener Munim Shahriar laid a good foundation with his 51 of 28 balls, with 6 fours and 3 sixes. However, his partner, the 42-year old Chris Gayle caught eyes with his 38th T20 fifty at such an age. This is Chris Gayle's 110th fifty-plus score in T20.
