Bowlers delivered for me says David Warner
Feb.10 (CRICKETNMORE) - Australia register seven-wicket win over England to book a place in the final of the the T20 tri-series in Melbourne on Saturday.
David Warner, the stand-in Australia captain, made a point of mentioning his satisfaction with his bowlers after Australia coasted to their third consecutive victory in the Trans-Tasman triangular Twenty20 International series.
“The way the bowlers bowled on this wicket, it’s the same one as the ODI wicket, and there’s a bit in it,” said Warner. "If you bowled that good length, a little bit up and down… the way they executed it was absolutely fantastic. Credit to the bowlers, I gave them the responsibility of setting their own fields and bowling to it and they delivered for me.”
