Kolkata, Nov 21- While the BCCI has constituted a panel to probe the allegations that a former Indian cricket board official paid money to a London based firm to snoop on board officials, Cricket Association of Bihar (CAB) on Saturday wrote to board chief Shashank Manohar seeking a CBI probe.
It has been alleged that the London based IT firm was paid $900,000 to snoop on a few members of the board.
