Bangladesh looking for new bowling coach to replace Heath Streak ()
Dhaka, May 24। With bowling coach Heath Streak's contract about to end, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is looking for a suitable replacement for the former Zimbabwean fast bowler.
BCB Cricket Operations Committee Chairman Akram Khan said on Monday the board was targetting Sri Lanka's Champaka Ramanayake, Chaminda Vaas, Pakistan's Aaqib Javed and India's Venkatesh Prasad as Streak's replacement, reports bdnews24.com.
Streak has reportedly applied for a coaching post at India's National Cricket Academy and its chief Niranjan Shah was very keen to get his services.
