Australia's Glenn Maxwell in doubt for 5th ODI against India ()
Sydney, 21 January - Australia's hard-hitting batsman Glenn Maxwell's condition will be monitored and assessed before the fifth and final One-Day International (ODI) after he copped a blow to his right knee during Wednesday's win over India in Canberra, Cricket Australia said on Thursday.
The final game of the series is at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) on Saturday.
Maxwell was struck on the right knee during the early stages of his entertaining and crucial cameo at the Manuka Oval, the ball striking him in an unprotected area as he bent his right leg in an attempt to work a ball from Ishant Sharma on the leg side.
