Amir returns to International Cricket but must wait to bowl

14th July (CRICKETNMORE) - Pakistan left arm pacer Mohammad Amir marked his return to Test cricket at Lord's as Pakistan included him playing XI to face England at Lords in the first test. Amir who was banned from all cricket for five years for his involvement in the 2010 spot-fixing conspiracy, made his comeback on Thursday in the first Investec Test - at the scene of his crime. But Amir has to wait for his turn to bowl again at the home of cricket after Misbah-ul-Haq won the toss and chose to bat first on a sunny morning.

For England, Jake Ball was making his Test debut. He was presented with his first cap by uncle Bruce French who also played for England.
