In the 17th match of the ongoing The Hundred tournament in England, Trent Rockets faced off against Oval Invincibles. In this match, explosive opening batter Alex Hales played a thunderous knock of 59 runs for Trent Rockets due to which his team managed to win the match by 25 runs. Alex Hales rained boundaries and sixes in this match, but his six against Mohammad Hasnain won the fans all over. A video of the same has surfaced on social media and is being liked in numbers. 

In this contest, English explosive batter Alex Hales faced 29 balls in which he smashed 6 fours & 4 sixes, scoring 59 runs. Alex Hales batted at an impressive strike rate of 203.44 and didn't show any mercy to any of the opposition bowlers. Hales dispatched his maximums far away but against Mohammad Hasnain, not only he smashed a long six but sent the ball out of the ground. 

This happened on the 31st ball of Trent Rockets' inning. Mohammad Hasnain was in the bowling attack and Alex Hales was already on an aggressive song. Hales had added 41 runs off just 18 balls until that delivery. Amidst this, Hasnain made the error of bowling a short delivery with his pace. Alex Hales looked completely ready for this delivery and without any err picked the line of the delivery to perfection and played a powerful shot to dispatch the ball out of the ground.

Alex Hales was also adjudged the player of the match for his explosive and entertaining knock. Earlier, Oval Invincibles won the toss & opted to bowl first after which Trent Rockets scored 180 runs in 100 balls. Chasing this total, Oval managed to score 165 runs and lose the match by 25 runs. This match was played at Trent Bridge, Nottingham.
