ASBC Asian Youth Boxing Championships: India's Vishvanath Suresh caused a major sensation at the Asian Boxing Championships 2026, defeating reigning World Champion and World No. 1 Sanzhar Tashkenbay of Kazakhstan 5:0 to enter the semifinals of the mega event in Mongolia.
In other bouts, Ankushita Boro (65 kg) won 4–1 against Laura Yessenkeldi (KAZ) in the quarterfinals.
