Sydney, May 24 (IANS) Australian cricketer Shane Watson arrived back here from the West Indies for the birth of his daughter.
This is the second time the all-rounder became a father when his 29-year-old wife Lee gave birth to Matilda Victoria. The couple already have a two-year-old son, Will.
The 33-year-old took to Twitter to express his delight: "Home in the nick of time to see my beautiful baby girl, Matilda Victoria Watson, enter the world. Mum and Bub are flying #explosionoflove."
Watson's Indian Premier League (IPL) team Rajasthan Royals crashed out of the tournament on Wednesday.
The couple, who call Sydney's Eastern Suburb home, announced in January that Lee was pregnant.
