ENG vs IND - James Anderson, a pacer who has aged but it seems like he hasn't. The bowler has maintained his lethality in test cricket, especially at home. After England conceded a lead of 132 runs, Anderson sent Gill back to the pavilion in the very first over!

After Anderson pitched the second delivery of the first over up on the off-stump line, the Indian opener got off the mark as he played a gentle push shot which went down for a four down the long-off fence, despite two fielders chasing it.

James Anderson made his comeback on the very next delivery. The 39-year-old bowled a short of length delivery around off and Gill wanted to play it. The Indian opener managed a thick outside edge and flew towards the second slip. Zak Crawley completed an easy catch to dismiss Gill, just after smacking a boundary.

Gill, who scored 17 runs in the first innings, was dismissed for just 4 runs in the second innings as India lost their first wicket. It is noteworthy that James Anderson picked up a 5-fer in the first innings of the same match.
