Pakistan beat West Indies in first test at Jamaica

April 26 (CRICKETNMORE) - Pakistan beat West Indies by 7 wickets in the first test at Sabina Park in Jamaica to go 1-0 up in a three test series. Yasir Shah proved Pakistan's match-winner as he picked up six for 63 in second innings to put the homeside on the backfoot. Shah was awarded for Player of the match for his magical spell.

Earlier, Trailing on the first innings by 121 runs and resuming at the overnight position of 93 for four, the home side were dismissed for 152 after less than two hours' play. Needing just 32 runs to win in the second innings, Pakistan achieved the target in less than eleven overs.
