Can't turn back time, so, for me now, it is important to create memories for this unbelievable team. We have got a trophy to defend and our main focus is to just be good team," said the lanky pacer.

A.B. de Villiers-led South Africa were beaten in the semi-finals by New Zealand, who eventually ended up runners-up after losing to Australia in the final.

Morkel also expressed his happiness over his brother's performance against the Super Kings.

"(I am) very happy for Albie. After a long injury that was his second or third match back. I am happy that he is doing well for his new team. We are used to see him coming at the back end, but batting at number and go all the way almost win the game that's quite a thing," he said.
