2nd August (CRICKETNMORE) - To look into the Justice Lodha Committee’s recommendations for reforms in the board, The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Tuesday formed a legal panel and appointed Justice Markandey Katju as the panel head.

According to a press release from BCCI, the board members decided to form the panel during the Working Committee meeting at the Cricket Centre in Mumbai, since the Lodha Panel's recommendations 'were complex and would involve large-scale changes to be implemented across the board.'

Following it, BCCI president Anurag Thakur and secretary Ajay Shirke will meet the Lodha panel in New Delhi on August 9.
