Sydney, Feb 17 (IANS) Australian pace spearhead Mitchell Johnson does not consider the encounter against Bangladesh in Brisbane to be a cake-walk and says that he will be viewing video footage of how the Asian team plays in order to spot their strengths and weaknesses.

“I don’t like watching footage too much but there will be some footage to see of these guys (Bangladesh cricket team),” Johnson was quoted as saying by Cricket Australia (CA) Tuesday.

It has almost been four years since Australia last tangled with Bangladesh in a One-Day International (ODI).

The 33-year-old added that playing at the Gabba would be a huge advantage for the co-hosts as the wicket will be fast paced but they will not write off Bangladesh as a lower-ranked team.

“They have got some really good players. It’s been a while since we played against them but playing them at the Gabba is a huge advantage for us and they will know what to expect on a fast bouncy wicket,” Johnson said.

“We’ve got to be at our best playing this game. We can’t just go into it thinking we’re going to win it just because Bangladesh are ranked lower than us.”
