2nd Test: India - 72/2 at Lunch on Day 1

March 4 (CRICKETNMORE) - India were 72/2 at Lunch on Day 1 of the second test against Australia in Bengaluru on Satruday. India lost opener Abhinav Mukund early after Virat Kohli opted to bat on a good looking batting pitch.

KL Rahul added 71 runs with Cheteshwar Pujara before the later was dismissed by Nathan Lyon just before lunch for 17. KL Rahul was unbeaten on 48 at the crease. For Australia, Starc and Nathan Lyon took 1 wicket each.
