Ranchi, March 19 (CRICKETNMORE): Cheteshwar Pujara (190 not out) and Wriddhiman Saha (99 not out) helped India reach 503 for six in their first innings against Australia at tea on the fourth day of the third Test here on Sunday.

Now, the unbroken seventh-wicket partnership between Pujara and Saha stands at 175 runs as the visitors remained wicketless in the day's play.

Pujara's 505-ball knock has put him on top of the pile in the record for most balls faced in an innings by an Indian batsman.

The Saurashtra right-hander hit 20 fours.
