A panel of experts picked ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 Team of the Tournament basis the performance in the 2011 tournament. 

India’s Sachin Tendulkar, Yuvraj Singh and Zaheer Khan got a place in the 2011 cricket World Cup Team of the Tournament. World Cup winning captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, however, does not feature in the team, chosen by a select group of experts.

Sri Lanka’s Kumar Sangakkara leads the team that has four players from his country and three from India while players from South Africa, Australia, Pakistan and New Zealand also figure in the 12-man squad.
