July 4 (CRICKETNMORE) - Cricket South Africa on Monday has confirmed that skipper Faf du Plessis will miss the upcoming first Test against England at Lord's to remain with his wife following the difficult birth of their first child. Dean Elgar will lead the side in his absence in the Lords test starting from Wednesday.
