Mirpur (Bangladesh), June 25 (IANS) After winning the One-Day International (ODI) series 2-1 against India, captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza said Bangladesh need to continue their good form in the upcoming series against South Africa.

The hosts sealed their first-ever series against India by winning the first two matches before losing the third and final ODI by 77 runs here on Wednesday. Chasing India's 317/6, Bangladesh folded up for 240 in 47 overs at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium, reports bdnews24.com.

South Africa are scheduled to tour Bangladesh next month and the Bangladesh captain is looking forward to it.

"South Africa are coming here next week and our fitness levels need to be up there. We need to keep going the way we are, but it's also important to learn from the mistakes. Hopefully, we can play well against South Africa as well," said Mashrafe.
