Hien picked up the injury after stretching to block a cross from Yukinari Sugawara inside the penalty box and was taken off the field. He was replaced by 20-year-old Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Lucas Bergvall and captain Victor Lindelof moved back to central defence to take Hien\u2019s place.
