In the opening match of the day, Hockey Chandigarh defeated Hockey Uttarakhand with a commanding scoreline of 9-0 in Pool A of Division B. Amandeep (22\u2019, 32\u2019) and Gurmukh Singh (30\u2019, 36\u2019) scored a brace of goals each for the winning side, while Ankush (13\u2019), Inderpal Singh (24\u2019), Sunil (35\u2019) Deepak (37\u2019) and Mohit (41\u2019) also contributed with goals.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

In the same Pool, Telangana Hockey beat Hockey Andhra Pradesh 8-2. Aiyappa P.R. (6\u2019, 20\u2019, 31\u2019, 52\u2019) was in incredible scoring form and registered four goals to his name. Also on the scoresheet for Telangana Hockey were Venkatesh Telugu (3\u2019, 55\u2019), Rohit Singh (9\u2019) and Ram Kumar Vetti (11\u2019). Sandeep Kumar Ragipati (13\u2019) and Venu Gorrela Gopal (50\u2019) were the goalscorers for Hockey Andhra Pradesh.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

In Pool B of Division B, Delhi Hockey beat Assam Hockey with a thrilling scoreline of 6-4. Govind Singh Bisht (8\u2019, 30\u2019), Yogember Rawat (20\u2019, 48\u2019), Pardeep (15\u2019), and Amit (60\u2019) registered goals for Delhi Hockey, while Pavan Dr (40\u2019, 50\u2019), Mojammil Hoque (9\u2019) and Pankaj Kumar Yadav (47\u2019) scored for Assam Hockey.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Kerala Hockey won their Pool B match 4-1 over Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu Hockey to end the Division B matches. Shahanul Shafas Kv (18\u2019, 38\u2019, 55\u2019) scored a hat-trick for his side while Sadhik Tk (31\u2019) also scored for Kerala Hockey. Pratyush Tiwari (50\u2019) was the lone goalscorer for Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu Hockey.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

In Division A, Hockey Punjab prevailed in their Pool A match against the Hockey Association of Odisha 3-2.
