According to The Athletic report, INEOS have been exhausting all avenues to reduce costs and that led them to zoom in on the club\u2019s commitment to Ferguson, who is still a regular attendee of games in the directors\u2019 box both at home and away matches.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Ferguson was told in a face-to-face meeting with Sir Jim Ratcliffe that the club were trying to reduce costs and that they were no longer in a position to continue paying him beyond this season and he will not be receiving payments from United beyond the end of the current season, the report added.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
