Amidst this, the opener smacked Kagiso Rabada for 20 runs in the 4th over of the innings. On the next delivery, Buttler followed it with a maximum over extra cover and a four to the right of fine leg on the next one. However, the Orange Cap holder managed a mere inside edge and the ball went straight for a catch to Bhanuka Rajapaksa, fielding at third man.
