Women's World Cup 2022: <\/strong>In the ongoing Women's World Cup 2022 league stage match between India and Australia, the Aussies opted to field first after winning the toss. Team India posted a total of 277 runs on the board as three Indian batters scored a half-century each. Amidst this, Pooja Vastrakar smacked the longest six yet of the ongoing tournament. <\/p>\r\n\r\n

The Indian team started off jittery and lost both the openers inside the first six overs, at a score of just 28. However, captain Mithali Raj and Yastika Bhatia carried the innings forward steadily and etched a 100-run partnership. Harmanpreet Kaur also smacked a fifty in this crucial match while Pooja Vastrakar smacked the longest six of the tournament in her innings of 34 runs and gained attention.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

In the 49th over of the Indian innings, Australian pacer Megan Schutt bowled the 5th delivery on length, and Pooja smacked an 81-metre six without moving in the crease.
