England openers - Rory Burns and Haseeb Hameed - have so far returned with scores of 0, 25, 27, 13, 6, 4, 34, and 0. Australian pitches are fast and bouncy, where the batters need to have a strong backfoot game. <\/p>\r\n\r\n
The footwork is very important and to get the best footwork, batters need to have balance. It seems that England's coaching staff have figured that the openers are lacking a bit of balance in their footwork. <\/p>\r\n\r\n
