In the 13th match of the T10 Abu Dhabi League, between Chennai Braves & Northern Warriors, the batters were on fire as they rained fours & sixes in the shortest format of the game. However, there was a scary incident during all the smashing - which injured the match umpire. <\/p>\r\n\r\n
Aleem Dar was hit by the ball on his head and was seen groaning in pain. In the 5th over of the match, the fielder was throwing the ball towards another fielder. However, the 53-year-old umpire was in the trajectory of the ball and was hit on the back of his head. <\/p>\r\n\r\n
Fortunately, the ball bounced on its way to the umpire and so the force wasn't very fierce. If the ball hadn't bounced, Aleem Dar would have been in danger of an even more critical injury. The umpire seemed in pain when after the incident. <\/p>\r\n\r\n
