The all-rounder looked in immense pain and was immediately taken out of the field.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The little finger on the left hand looked swollen and Livingstone didn&#39;t take part further in the game, which India won by an over to spare. The visible swelling scared the English players as well, admitted Moeen Ali.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&quot;Obviously it was a bit of a scare at the time but he said it was fine, so hopefully he&#39;s all good.
