The competition starts on 21st July when Oval Invincibles will take on Manchester Originals.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>What are the rules of the Hundred?&nbsp;<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>The Hundred, as the name suggests, is a format that will consist of 100 balls per inning. Each inning will have a 25-ball powerplay during which, a maximum of two players can be put outside the 30-yard circle.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>One bowler can bowl a maximum of 20 deliveries. The bowler can either deliver five consecutive balls or ten; it is up to the captain to decide.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Each bowling side gets a strategic timeout of up to two minutes. The coach can walk out to the middle of the ground and discuss tactics with their players mid-game.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>The Hundred: Teams<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>There are a total of eight teams in the competition. A men&rsquo;s squad and women&rsquo;s squad is formed for each team.&nbsp;Each squad has 15 players and a maximum of three overseas stars.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Birmingham Phoenix (Edgbaston)<\/li>\r\n\t<li>London Spirit (Lord&#39;s)<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Manchester Originals (Emirates Old Trafford)<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Northern Superchargers (Emerald Headingley)<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Oval Invincibles (Kia Oval)<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Southern Brave (Ageas Bowl)<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Trent Rockets (Trent Bridge)<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Welsh Fire (Sophia Gardens)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>Indians Playing in The Hundred:&nbsp;<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>Five Indian women cricketers are participating in the Hundred -&nbsp;<strong>Jemimah Rodrigues (Northern Superchargers), Smriti Mandhana (Southern Brave), Harmanpreet Kaur (Manchester Originals), Deepti Sharma (London Spirit), and Shafali Verma (Birmingham Phoenix).&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\r\n",
