    "editor1": "<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Chennai, Feb 28 (IANS) Sports channel ESPN Saturday bagged the media rights of the Indian Premier League (IPL) for the United States region for three years, starting 2015.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">The rights were awarded for a total fee of $12.4 million at the Board of Control for Cricket in India&#39;s (BCCI) Marketing Committee meeting here. Two other bids were received from Willow and Times Internet.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">&ldquo;We are delighted to have entered into a strategic partnership with one of the leading platforms of global sport ESPN which will deliver the widest possible reach ever for the IPL in the United States,&rdquo; BCCI secretary Sanjay Patel said.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n",
