He has hit two centuries as well. <\/p>\r\n\r\n 3) Tilakratne Dilshan, Sri Lanka: <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n The Sri Lankan opener has played a total of 34 innings across six World Cup editions. Dilshan scored 897 runs with the help of six half-centuries. <\/p>\r\n\r\n 4) Virat Kohli, India: <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n India's star batsmen Virat Kohli has played just three T20 World Cups so far but has amassed 777 runs in 16 matches. Kohli has smashed nine half-centuries so far in the tournament. <\/p>\r\n\r\n 5) AB de Villiers, South Africa: <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n South Africa's one of the best batsmen AB de Villiers has played six T20 World Cups in which he has made 717 runs. Popularly known as Mr. 360 has made five half-centuries. Although he retired in 2018 from international cricket, there are reports that he might make a comeback to play the World Cup in 2021. <\/p>\r\n\r\n
