    "editor1": "<p>Virat Kohli-led Indian cricket team has been fined 20 percent of its match fee due to the slow over rate in the third T20I against Australia on Tuesday.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Match referee David Boon imposed the sanction after he found India one over short of the target after time allowances were taken into consideration.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&ldquo;In accordance with Article 2.22 of the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel, which relates to minimum over-rate offenses, players are fined 20 percent of their match fees for every over their side fails to bowl in the allotted time,&rdquo; the ICC said in a statement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Indian captain Virat Kohli accepted the proposed sanction without any formal hearing of the matter.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>India failed to chase the target of 187 runs set by Australia and lost the match by 12 runs. However, they won the T20I series 2-1. Both teams will now meet each other in Adelaide for the first pink-ball test starting on 17th December.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n",
