Patel took to Twitter to announce the end of his 18-year long career, which began in 2002 when he was just 17 years of age. He was the youngest wicket-keeper to debut in test cricket; he played his first Ranji Trophy match for Gujarat two years after - in 2004. <\/p>\r\n\r\n
