While the players were slapped with a 20 percent fine of their match fee, new captain Jason Holder will have to part with 40 percent, reports CMC.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">According to ICC regulations, players are fined 10 percent of their match fee for every over their side fails to bowl in the allotted time. The captain is fined double.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">West Indies went down by 131 runs in the game which was reduced to 42 overs per side because of rain which delayed the start. South Africa won the series 4-1.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n",
