    "editor1": "<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Canberra, Jan 11 (CRICKETNMORE) New England skipper Eoin Morgan, tasked with leading the three-time World Cup finalists in the quadrennial event, has said he would adopt a different approach to captaincy than his predecessor Alastair Cook.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Cook was replaced by Morgan after England lost a one-day series against Sri Lanka recently.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">&quot;There will be certain things Alastair would do that I wouldn&#39;t just because it is his character and not mine,&quot; Morgan was quoted as saying by bbc.com Sunday.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">&quot;When I&#39;ve captained in the past I&#39;ve tended to strip things back to the basics. That&#39;s my method. I don&#39;t think it (the side) will differ in a huge amount.&quot;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Morgan said he would encourage his players to play with freedom and be fearless in their approach.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">&quot;Over the last seven or eight months I think we&#39;ve seen a considerable change in the method that we&#39;ve used both in batting and bowling.
