He will begin his stint with the game against Surrey on Sunday.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&quot;When you start playing club cricket in the UK, you keep an eye on the circuit and always wonder what it would be like to play it,&quot; he told yorkshireccc.com as quoted by Cricbuzz.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&quot;I got the opportunity to play for Lancashire, and against Yorkshire, and developed a bit of a relationship with a few of the guys. I&#39;m very, very happy and privileged to be coming back. As a cricketer the more you play the better you get. Coming out of a pre-season, it&#39;s a bit of a stepping stone to my domestic season and it will be nice to get a few overs under my belt,&quot; he added.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&quot;Aside from the cricket you learn a lot about yourself. It adds to your character,&quot; Maharaj further pointed out.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Maharaj had a brief stint with Lancashire last season and scalped 11 wickets in a tie against Somerset last year, including figures of 7\/37 in the second innings.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Maharaj made his Test debut in 2016 against Australia in Perth and since then has been more or less a regular for the Proteas in the longest format of the game.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>He has played 25 Tests so far, picking up 94 wickets.<\/p>\r\n",
