    "editor1": "<p><span style=\"font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial\">Colombo, 4 Dec (IANS) England captain Alastair Cook was Thursday suspended for a One-day International (ODI) and fined 20 per cent of his match fee for maintaining slow over-rate during England&rsquo;s five-wicket victory against Sri Lanka in the third limited-overs match.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial\">The rest of the English team were also fined 10 per cent of their Wednesday&#39;s match fees.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial\">The ban was triggered because it was Cook&#39;s second slow over rate offence within 12 months and he will have to sit out Sunday&#39;s fourth ODI in the seven-match series.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial\">In Cook&#39;s absence, Eoin Morgan will captain England, who trail 1-2 after three matches.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n",
