    "editor1": "<p><span style=\"font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial\">Kolkata, Nov 13 (IANS) Trounced by team India for the fourth consecutive time in the five-match ODI series, a livid Sri Lanka captain Angelo Mathews Thursday conceded it was &quot;embarrassing&quot; for the islanders not to have competed at all.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial\">Mathews blamed his side for conceding a whopping 290 runs in the last 25 overs for their latest thrashing by the Indians by 153 runs at the Eden Gardens here.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial\">&quot;It&#39;s embarrassing that we are not even competing against India. In the past four games, we haven&#39;t competed at all. Today, we lost the way in the last 25 overs when India scored about 290 runs which is not acceptable in this format of the game,&quot; he said after the match.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial\">Praising star Indian batsman Rohit Sharma for his record breaking 264-run innings, Mathews said his bowlers had no answers for the Indian batsmen and also castigated his butter-fingered fielders.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial\">&quot;We need to fix our problems. We cannot go on like this, we need to bat well, field well and bowl well,&quot; he said.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n",
