He re-signed for Mumbai in 2012 and has been at the club ever since.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n&quot;I wanted to stay here at this club and continue performing at the highest level. Like, always I&rsquo;ll give my best to the team. The club has shown great ambition this transfer season and we hope to finish higher up the table in the I-League and give a strong performance in the Federation Cup,&quot; said Kamaljeet.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nChandran, 24, is one of many players to have climbed the ladder from the youth squad and play for Mumbai FC&rsquo;s senior team.&nbsp;<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n&quot;I am happy to commit to this club. It&rsquo;s been fantastic here. I am thankful to (coach) Khalid Jamil who gave me an opportunity to perform at the highest level. We&rsquo;ll try to do better this season and get a good spot in the I-League.&quot;<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nTeam manager Henry Picardo confirmed the contract extensions.&nbsp;<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n&quot;Yes, Nihal and Kamaljeet will be Mumbai FC players next season. Kamaljeet has been here since the club started and Nihal too represents the philosophy of this club of producing it&rsquo;s own players.
