    "editor1": "<p><strong>London, May 16 (CRICKETNMORE):<\/strong> England pacer Steven Finn has been urged by his team&#39;s head coach Trevor Bayliss to use his World Twenty20 disappointment as a spur to succeed against Sri Lanka in the upcoming first Test.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The paceman was ruled out of this year&#39;s World T20 in India, where England reached the final in March, because of calf and side injuries.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>A fit-again Steven Finn has found motivation through his World T20 exclusion as he prepares to face Sri Lanka from Thursday.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Finn was controversially replaced by Liam Plunkett in England&#39;s World T20 squad with a calf injury cited as the problem, reports cricket.com.au.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>England lost the final against the West Indies in Kolkata.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The 27-year-old said what had happened with the World T20 situation had been dealt with, and he was intent on moving on.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Finn said the idea to channel that disappointment and frustration into a positive came from England&#39;s head coach Trevor Bayliss.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&quot;Trevor actually sent me an email.Use your frustration as motivation to take wickets in the Test matches this summer&#39;, which I think was the perfect response to it,&quot; Finn said.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&quot;You can channel your frustration into the wrong avenues and it can affect you. If it&#39;s used in the right manner it can be a positive thing as well.&quot;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The right-armer has taken 113 wickets in 29 Tests and is favoured to join Stuart Broad and James Anderson in the England attack.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Agency.<\/p>\r\n",
