    "editor1": "<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Melbourne, April 15 (Cricketnmore):<\/strong> Cricket Australia (CA) on Friday announced that Adam Griffith will join the national men&rsquo;s team as bowling coach for the upcoming tour of the West Indies in June.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Griffith played 50 first-class matches and 54 list A matches for Tasmania before retiring in 2011 and becoming West Australia&#39;s bowling coach.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Commenting on Griffith&rsquo;s appointment head coach Darren Lehmann said: &ldquo;We are excited to have Adam join the team for the tour of the West Indies.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;West Australia have some talented young fast-bowlers that have developed under Adam&rsquo;s watch and it&rsquo;s great to be able to offer him the chance to work with the Australian side under Justin Langer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;It&rsquo;s a credit to the standard of our state coaching system to be able to offer these opportunities to young coaches and I am sure both Adam and the players will benefit greatly from this experience.&rdquo;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Griffith said he looking forward to the chance to work with the national team.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;The opportunity to work with Australia&rsquo;s premium bowlers is incredibly exciting,&quot; he said.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;The West Indies and South Africa have some of the most destructive white ball batters in the world and preparing to play them in Caribbean conditions will be a great challenge.&rdquo;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">National Cricket Centre High Performance Coach Graeme Hick will also join the side as an assistant coach in the West Indies.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hick, a former England international Test player, has worked at the National Cricket Centre for the past three years with a focus on working with young players coming through the pathway system.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The squad will depart for the Caribbean at the end of May, with Australia&rsquo;s first match taking place in Guyana on Sunday 5 June against South Africa.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agency.<\/p>\r\n",
