    "editor1": "<p><strong>New Delhi, April 9\u0964<\/strong> Cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar was on Friday roped in as the brand ambassador of the &#39;Skill India&#39; campaign by the ministry for skill development and entrepreneurship (MSDE).<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The master blaster said the campaign was an opportunity for the nation to make full use of its young population.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Commenting on Tendulkar&#39;s association with the campaign, MSDE minister of state Rajiv Pratap Rudy said: &quot;Sachin is one of the greatest Indian stories of our times and someone who resonates the best with skills. He is a true global icon and brand that served the game of cricket through his skill sets and inspired generations.&quot;&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Tendulkar said: &quot;When I was approached for endorsing &#39;Skill India&#39;, I realised it was an important component in one&#39;s personal growth that needs to be valued and mastered.&quot;&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&quot;We are a young nation and we have the potential in us. We just need to learn a skill that is driven by our passion and turn it into an opportunity. Skill India is a big opportunity extended to all.&quot;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&#39;Skill India&#39; campaign was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to help train over 40 crore people in India in different skills.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Agency<\/strong><\/p>\r\n",
