The six-game series (three ODIs and three T20Is) will be played at the National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka, beginning with the first ODI on March 21.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
The series marks Australia\u2019s first bilateral tour of Bangladesh and the first time the Australian women\u2019s team has played in Bangladesh since the victorious 2014 ICC T20 World Cup campaign.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Vlaeminck, one of the world\u2019s fastest bowlers, made a successful return for Victoria earlier this year after recovering from a shoulder injury sustained while playing for Australia A in England last July.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Molineux, who played in Australia\u2019s Test victory over South Africa earlier this month, was the standout bowler of the 2023-24 WNCL season with 17 wickets at an average of 14.47 and a best of 6-45 since her return in December.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Spinner Jess Jonassen and all-rounder Heather Graham have been omitted from the squad that faced South Africa earlier this month.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
With this year's T20 World Cup scheduled inn Bangladesh for September and October, the six-game tour will provide Alyssa Healy's side an opportunity to get used to the conditions that teams will face during the 20-over showcase.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
