Due to this injury, Sundar was ruled out of the second half of the IPL 2021 and the whole domestic season. After this Washington was infected with Covid-19 prior to the limited over series against South Africa earlier this year.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Owing to a hamstring injury, Sundar missed out on the home series against West Indies &amp; Sri Lanka in limited-overs format in February &amp; March. During IPL 2022, Sundar injured his hand and missed out on 5 matches due to this.
